I like this one, it’s very clear in what it’s intentions are. Very useful if you are a leader. Sometime we can get bogged down in delegating tasks to other people. Which may lead to a less than satisfactory outcome.
Sometime it can be more beneficial for you and your team to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.

Leadership can be a fine balance. You have to be able switch on at a moments notice.
I think that’s what this quote is talking about here. It’s easy to lead when everything is rosy in the garden, but as soon as things get tough and problems arise is when we find out what leadership is.
When the sea gets rough the captain doesn’t jump over board. They stay at the helm of the ship and find a way through their crisis.
